Your customer buys the team that will carry the work after the demo. A partner-led pentesting service needs a credible report, a clear remediation handoff and an operating model the customer already trusts. The testing engine supports that service.
Package a customer decision, not a tool license
Choose a service the partner can explain: recurring application validation, an audit-supporting assessment, AI-agent testing or a private deployment for sensitive workloads. Define the included scope, cadence, evidence and retest arrangement. Avoid presenting an unlimited autonomous service when delivery still depends on access, approval and agreed targets. A clear package makes the proposal easier to sell and the resulting work easier to accept.
Keep customer and evidence boundaries separate
A multi-customer operation needs explicit separation of identities, configurations and reports. Agree who may see each customer’s findings and how support handles a case without exposing another tenant.
For a sovereign design, include model inference and evidence storage in that boundary. Review any shared operational service. Branding the report does not by itself establish isolation, and a local runner does not establish that every artifact remains with the customer.
The partner service responsibility sheet
| Decision | Evidence to request |
|---|---|
| Service package | Scope, cadence, report and retest commitments |
| Isolation | Customer-specific inference and evidence design |
| Ownership | Customer communication, remediation and support roles |
Assign the work after discovery
Document who validates the finding, contacts the customer, assigns remediation and requests the retest. Have the partner’s consultant review a redacted sample report and a before-and-after evidence record. The deliverable should be useful in the partner’s actual workflow. Keep executive summaries distinct from restricted technical evidence so account teams can explain progress without distributing sensitive reproduction material unnecessarily.
Agree the commercial relationship explicitly
Use a deal-registration conversation to establish confidentiality, responsibility and the next step. Branding rights, deal protection, support levels, renewal arrangements and service economics belong in the agreement. Do not imply that registering a lead automatically grants exclusivity or guaranteed commercial terms. Begin with a bounded customer opportunity and validate the delivery model before scaling it across a portfolio.
Build the service with FailSafe
FailSafe’s MSSP/SI program can supply SWARM testing, evidence and retesting within an agreed partner-led service. Register an opportunity or request the partner proof pack to shape the first engagement.
Start with FailSafe deployment options, SWARM and the GlassBreak cyber model. For a side-by-side assessment, plan a matched evaluation. Custom enterprise deployment is scoped separately from the first-pentest offer.

The partner-led model is designed around that relationship; exact delivery and commercial responsibilities are confirmed in the agreement.
No. Protection, renewal and commercial terms must be explicitly agreed with the partner team.
