Sensitive workloads / enterprise deployment

Your infrastructure. Our cyber models.

Run FailSafe’s cyber models and agentic pentesting in infrastructure your team controls. For sensitive code, systems and findings, we work with you on a private or on-premise deployment that fits your security requirements.

Why FailSafe

Get useful findings without giving up control.

Use FailSafe to find application and AI-system weaknesses your team can act on. Choose where the testing and model processing run, see the evidence behind each finding, and verify the changes you make.

Findings your engineers can reproduce

See how a weakness can be used, what it affects, and what to change. Included evidence helps your engineers reproduce the finding and verify remediation.

AI systems in the test scope

Follow the path from a prompt or retrieved document into tools, identities, APIs, and business actions. Agree the specific surfaces and actions before testing.

Our cyber models, your infrastructure

GlassBreak Flash V3 is trained for security work. Pair it with SWARM and discuss hosting it in your own infrastructure when sensitive code and evidence need to stay within approved boundaries.

Deployment you can approve

Customer-controlled, privately hosted, and on-premise options are available subject to solution design. Specify where inference, source, credentials, traces, and support access may operate.

A delivery model for your team

Work directly with FailSafe or through an MSSP or system integrator. Establish who owns testing, customer communication, remediation, and acceptance.

A private runner, BYOK, or regional storage alone does not establish data sovereignty. Confirm the complete data flow and support model in your agreement. Custom deployments are scoped separately from the first-pentest promotion.

Architecture before labels

Map every boundary that matters.

A model endpoint is one part of the assessment. We work through the runner, inference, reporting, support and update paths so procurement can review an actual design.

For a bank, the critical boundary may be a source repository. For a public-sector application, it may be model processing location. For an MSSP, it may be separation between client evidence stores. Choose the architecture for that requirement, then prove it with a bounded acceptance test.

Inference
Approved model and endpoint, fallback routes, prompt and response retention
Testing
Runner location, authorized targets, request budgets, permitted actions and stop controls
Evidence
Where source snippets, traces, findings, reports and backups are stored
People
Who can administer, support, export or review the assessment
Operations
Update channel, artifact verification, incident ownership and deletion process

Frequently asked questions

Direct answers to common questions about this page.

Customer-controlled and on-premise options are available subject to solution design. We agree the inference path, infrastructure, evidence storage, support access and operating responsibilities before deployment. An on-premise label alone is not a promise of offline operation.

No. Bring your own key controls the account used for an approved model provider. It does not by itself move inference, eliminate retention, or prevent cross-region processing. Those boundaries must be specified separately.

GlassBreak Flash V3 is FailSafe's security model, post-trained from an open-weights base using supervised fine-tuning and GRPO. Its model page explains the method. Run a matched evaluation with the proposed model and SWARM configuration to establish fit for your workload.

Custom private or on-premise deployment is a separately scoped enterprise discussion. The first-pentest offer covers the agreed initial assessment and deliverables, not an unlimited deployment package.
