1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FailSafe's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

FailSafe provides blockchain security services including but not limited to smart contract audits, penetration testing, transaction monitoring, and compliance solutions. The scope and terms of each service engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by FailSafe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

FailSafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our audit and security services are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee the absolute security of any smart contract or system.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
